Resource optimization tool
Aero Opt facilitate the prediction of the passenger flow demand for planning purposes (monthly, weekly, next day) as well as for real time terminal operations based on planned/actual flights, processes (also health check etc.) and rules (include social-distancing). Specially trained algorithms determine the resource requirements to achieve defined quality targets (Level of Service – LOS / Level of Health – LOH) for the passenger flow demand and enable an appropriate deployment of human resources in order to minimize variable operational cost while still meeting quality targets.
Aero Opt uses cast modelling to simulate passenger flows through the terminal in order to predict the potential impact of peak hourly flows on the processing facilities. This software will inform the Airport and/ or the Airline Operator, if there will be a need to introduce certain measures to address peak/extra ordinary peak periods, which may result in having to introduce additional temporary processors to maintain passenger flows and ensure the level of service is unaffected.
Key advantages of using AeroOpt as a resource Management and predictive Analysis Tool includes:
- High potentially to reduce cost and create high ROI through extending the life of the asset through a ‘predict and prevent’ approach.
- Maximizing asset utilization with capacity planning and floor management
- Notifications and Alerts Interface
- Stimulates performance to adjust for increased passenger volumes
- Allows you to test, monitor, simulate and plan for the future
- Being a web-based tool, this tool can be accessed, edited and shared accurately in real time.
- Realtime resource allocation
Aero Opt aims to become the most Trusted Source of Data, to support the resource optimization planning tool for aviation sector and a system of communication of authentic product data provided to its customers using resource optimization as a key planning tool in day to day operational requirements.
Aero Opt allows to analyse potential scenarios on a scalable level of detail: Starting with a top-down approach, which could be a pure allocation task, further analysis steps could look at the requirements for passenger handling facilities. Finally, detailed layout questions can be answered, e.g. how adapted passenger flows, new and changed processes and related queuing systems can be organized in the most efficient and rule-compliant way. Quantitative results allow informed decision making and visualisation facilitates stakeholder discussion and communication. Possible scenarios and measures are developed and tested while significantly accelerating the planning process and minimizing risks of decision making.
